The house is located in a new cottage community. From the railway station you can take bus number 10 to the stop st. Robert Rozhdestvensky from the stop is 1.3 km on foot. We are cozy in any season. Nearby is the LOTOS-PLAZA shopping and entertainment center and the largest rope park in Karelia, Norway Park. Beautiful house both inside and out, convenient parking, friendly neighbors. Large bathroom, beautiful tiles on the floor and walls. I liked the kitchen - the children ate breakfast like adults on bar stools. Comfortable beds - completely rested.

Accommodations

The main rule is respect for others. If you like music, don't play it loud after 10 pm. We are very attentive to cleanliness in the house. Therefore, if you are with animals, we, unfortunately, will not be able to accommodate you. You can bring any food with you, as well as enjoy free coffee and tea.

Try to keep the rooms clean. If you break or damage items, you will need to pay for the damage.

Check-in to the house begins during the day from 2 p.m., and check-out until 12. We reserve the right to freeze a deposit of 5,000 rubles in case of property damage until the end of your stay. We will return the deposit after cleaning.
